She is Alicia Ashley, M.A., highly respected for her ability to move men and women to produce results in their lives. Her vast experience in the personal growth and human potential movement has given her the reputation as an expert in the area of making dramatic changes in people’s lives. Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients and seminar participants in the areas of self worth, financial freedom, sexual empowerment, effective communication, and living a life without limits. Her entertaining and active learning presentation style is enjoyed by all who attend her experiential programs. 

Although Alicia is living a life of freedom, power, and joy today, she has certainly known all too well what it was like to be unfulfilled. Being raised in an abusive home Alicia’s self-esteem and self-confidence were nonexistent. She eventually developed an eating disorder and struggled with her weight. Alicia is no stranger to financial challenges either. After a devastating divorce in 2000, Alicia was on the brink of a major financial disaster when she was able to turn her financial situation around and create a six-figure income in less than a year. And she was able to do so as a single mother, devoted to spending quality time with her son, in addition to traveling across the country speaking to the nation’s largest and most prestigious hotels and resorts.

In addition to her personal empowerment seminars, Alicia is a successful entrepreneur who oversees two companies, Polished Pre-Cons and Be Awesome, where she and her team provide training, coaching, and management consulting for thousands of individuals at numerous well-known organizations throughout the world. Her impressive list of clients includes: Ritz Carlton, MGM Grand Hotel and Casino, Marriott, Hilton Hotels, Courtyard, Renaissance, Omni Hotels, La Quinta, KSL Desert Resorts, American Express, Microsoft, GTE, Dow Chemical, Bank of America and many others.

In March 2007 Alicia felt called to write her experiences using the Law of Attraction in her book THE AWAKENGING: 7 STEPS TO UNLOCK THE SECRET BEHIND THE LAW OF ATTRACTION. Her passion for making a difference in the world and her love of public speaking led Alicia to create high-impact programs, both virtual and live, to support her readers in establishing a solid foundation for on-going change.

An honors graduate of Pepperdine University, Alicia holds a Master’s degree in Behavioral Psychology as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Central Oklahoma University. She is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development, The International Coaching Federation, and The National Speakers Association.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Alicia includes being a mom to a lively eight-year-old boy, walking on fire twice, and completing ten, 26.2-mile marathons as some of her greatest accomplishments. No, she has never taken home the purse, and her picture has never graced the front page of a single newspaper, but she definitely practices what she preaches about living a life without limits, and she is now sharing the secrets of her success with you through THE AWAKENING book and MASTERY COMMUNITY.
